Anxiety among teenagers has become increasingly common.
School pressures, social expectations and constant mental stimulation can leave many young people feeling overwhelmed, worried or lacking confidence.
Teenagers may not always know how to explain what they are experiencing, but anxiety can show up in different ways.

Hypnotherapy is a calm and supportive approach that helps young people relax and develop healthier ways of responding to stress.
Sessions are tailored to each individual and focus on helping teenagers:

• manage anxiety more effectively
• build resilience and self-belief
