I combine clinical hypnotherapy with practical, DBT-informed techniques to reduce anxiety, ease overthinking and improve sleep patterns.
My practice is based in Rickmansworth, with clients coming from Watford, Croxley Green, Chorleywood, Northwood and surrounding areas. Sessions are available in person or online.
